Classes
 

Our Zen Meditation Instruction (ZMI) class is held most Saturdays at 8:30am and introduces beginners to meditation and the form of practice at the Hazy Moon.

For those who are already familiar with sitting meditation, our Zen and Practice (ZAP) class meets once a month on a Saturday and comprises further meditation instruction and a primer on sesshins, ceremonies and sangha life at the Hazy Moon.
